Starbucks - Instead of collecting a receipt for every cup of coffee you buy, purchase one gift card worth at least $50 and expense that card.
Rolls of quarters - Instead of getting a receipt for every toll booth, parking meter & vending machine purchase, expense a few rolls of quarters and only use them for business purposes.
If your company doesn't issue you an expense credit card, open one yourself and only use it for business. If you can handle not getting reimbursed until the end of each month, this is the easiest way to handle everything. Submit your statement and move on with life.
